I've sort of been dealing with it for the last five-and-a-half months, but we just found out two weeks ago that it was a stress fracture. I'll have to get it in a cast at some point for four weeks.

僕はここ五ヶ月半くらい、左足に痛みを抱えていたんですが、ほんの二週間前にそれが疲労骨折だってわかったんです。あと四週間くらい、何箇所かギプスをはめてないといけないでしょうね。


It sort of limited me in practice, which was kind of good, because I tend to over train.

（疲労骨折によって）僕は練習を少し制限されました。それはかえって良いことだったと思います。僕は練習しすぎる傾向にあるから。


This whole event, I knew it was going to be special because I always loved skating in this building. It's such an electric building, and the people of L.A. have been so supportive.
I couldn't have asked for a better crowd today. That's why I was so thrilled. I will never forget this performance for the rest of my life.

今回のイベント全体が、僕にとって特別なものになるだろうとわかっていました。というのも、僕はいつだってこのビルでスケートをするのが大好きだからです。こんなふうに電気仕掛けの建物だし、ロサンゼルスの人たちはとても協力的なんです。僕は、今まで今日以上に素晴らしい観客の人々を要求するなんてできなかった。だからとても興奮したんです。残りの人生で、僕は今日の演技を決して忘れないでしょう。
